PROGRAM PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Thursday January 3, 2008                $300.00
Thursday January 24, 2008              $275.00


Request for acceptance must be in by Wednesday December 19, 2007.  You
can use the registration form from the menu bar.  There is a $100.00 deposit
due with the request for acceptance.  If a player is not accepted, the deposit
will be refunded.  If a player is accepted, but chooses not to participate in the
program after he is accepted, the deposit will not be refunded.

If a player is accepted and participates, the deposit will be applied to the
January 24th payment of $275.00

1st payment must be received by Thursday, January 3, 2008 no later than
7:30 pm or you will be in jeopardy of losing your spot in the program.

Payment #2 due on Thursday, January 24, 2008 is due at the beginning of
the session. If payment is not received the student will not be permitted to
participate until payment is made.
