PROGRAM PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Saturday January 16, 2010                $300.00
Saturday February 6, 2010                $275.00

Request for acceptance must be in by January 8, 2010.  You can use the registration form from the menu bar.  There is a $100.00 deposit due with the request for acceptance.  If a player is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded.  If a player is accepted, but chooses not to participate in the program after he is accepted, the deposit will not be refunded.

If a player is accepted and participates, the deposit will be applied to the February 6th payment of $275.00

1st payment must be received by Saturday, January 16, 2010 no later than 7:30 pm or you will be in jeopardy of losing your spot in the program.

Payment #2 due on Saturday, February 6, 2010 is due at the beginning of the session. If payment is not received the student will not be permitted to participate until payment is made.
