12 & Under Baseball Boot Camp at Connecticut Baseball Academy Berlin
The Connecticut Baseball Academy will be holding their Baseball Boot Camp this February and March at the Connecticut Baseball Academy in Berlin.
The Baseball Boot Camp is designed to get you ready for the season! You will be working with the CBA Instructional Staff that has professional and collegiate baseball experience. This will be a high intensity program focused on getting you in shape for the season by developing skills such as:
Hitting in all counts, hitting for power, basic and advanced fundamentals Fielding with proper technique, basic and advanced fielding, double plays, strengthening your arm Pitching with proper delivery, improving location, developing off-speed pitches Cardiovascular Endurance – We will get you in shape for the season! Fast twitch muscle fibers – Plyometrics to help you run faster, steal more bases, be lighter on your feet Stealing bases – A key component to the game that can be a huge weapon
