PROGRAM PAYMENT SCHEDULE
If attending one session, full payment is due prior to the first class.

If attending both sessions, payments are split up as follows:

Wednesday January 18, 2012 - $250.00

Saturday February 4, 2012 - $245.00

Request for acceptance must be in by January 6, 2012.  You can use the registration form from the menu bar.  There is a $100.00 deposit due with the request for acceptance.  If a player is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded.  If a player is accepted, but chooses not to participate in the program after he is accepted, the deposit will not be refunded.
