View the Brochure and Registration Form The Connecticut Baseball Academy brings to you the High Energy Hitting Lab. This hitting lab will run by our high energy staff with years of professional, college, and amateur experience. Our main objective is to create a hands-on, classroom environment to help improve all aspects of hitting.
We do this by creating a visual reference of the players swing for the player to see using the Right View Pro Video Analysis System. We will also show what drills and work outs can be done as it relates to the players swing on video. The Right View Pro video analysis software is the only program of its type that is endorsed and licensed by Major League Baseball.
The High Energy Hitting Lab will cover a wide range of topics geared towards each individual player. Topics include, but are not limited to: Fundamentals of Hitting Understanding YOUR Swing Hitting to All Fields Hitting with More Power Hitting the Off-Speed Pitch Increasing Bat Speed
