The Connecticut Baseball Academy brings to you the Perfect Your Pitching Labs.  This pitching lab will run by our top level pitching staff with years of  professional, college, and amateur experience. Our main objective is to create a hands-on, classroom environment to help improve all aspects of pitching.

 

Players will be able to see a visual reference of their pitching delivery using the Right View Pro Video Analysis System.  We will also show what drills and work outs can be done as it relates to the players pitching mechanics on video.  The Right View Pro video analysis software is the only program of its type that is endorsed and licensed by Major League Baseball. 

 

The Perfect Your Pitching Labs will cover a wide range of topics geared towards each individual player.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

Fundamentals of Pitching

Getting the Most out of Your Mechanics

Hitting Spots Consistently

Attacking the Strike Zone

Working to Advantage Counts

Changing Speeds

Pitching from the Stretch

Controlling the Running Game

 

Each session of the Perfect Your Pitching Labs will work on each players individual pitching by doing the following:

Delivery Drills to Increase Consistency

Small Supervised Drill Stations

Personal Video Analysis System

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The fee for the 3 classes of the Perfect Your Pitching Lab is $75. This includes 3 hours of pitching instruction, including video analysis and live throwing.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Perfect Your Pitching Lab is for Players ages 13-18 and will be broken up into groups based on the players age.

 

All Perfect Your Pitching Labs will be held on Sundays at the Connecticut Baseball Academy, East Hartford location.

 

All players are required to bring proper clothing and baseball equipment.  Batting gloves, sneakers or turf shoes (NO CLEATS), T-shirts, and your favorite bat.
