The pitching specialty camp is intended for pitchers who are looking to take the next step. This two day camp and seminar will cover a range of topics and drills to help you become a better pitcher, including:
Pitching Specialty Camp Topics Perfecting Delivery Drills Developing the Change Up Consistency of Release Point Bullpen Objectives Approaching the Game on the Mound Pitching Strategy and Employment of Pitches
Al was a pitching instructor at the Connecticut Baseball Academy for 10 years before moving to Colorado. He coached 9 seasons with Team Connecticut Baseball, including a 10th place finish in 1998, 3rd in 2001, and 7th in 2003. The 2001 team had an outstanding 1.84 earned run average. Al is also a coach with Team Connecticut USA, as the pitching coach for the Underclass American team that posted a 1.13 ERA at the WWBA Underclass World Championship. Cardona played his college ball at Hawaii Pacific University, where he was an Honorable Mention NAIA All American his senior year when he was 4th in the nation in ERA.

Camp Dates Friday, January 26 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and Saturday, January 27 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm
